 About us
Our company has been founded by the President Mrs. Hanna Tokarzewska in 1975. The cause for coming the company into being was the necessity to provide
ourselves and the circle of cave explorers in the Tatra
mountains and alpinists with the climbing equipment.
Later on, the company was co-created by Mr. Michał
Tokarzewski, the General Director nowadays, and the
group of co-workers still growing up. Already two
generations of the workers are working in the company today. Tens of people have a permanent job there and a further dozen or so incessantly co-operates with the company.
Extending its offer for more than 30 years, the company provides:
1. safety when performing the high-altitude work, i.e.
- industrial safety trainings and specialist courses for the workers performing the high-altitude works,
- produces protecting equipment,
- makes service and periodical inspections,
- prepares executive, executive-and-workshop and post-executive designs of belay systems,
- installs stationary catch points and rope and rail protecting systems,
- installs provisional protective balustrades,
- makes industrial rescue service,
2. systems of access of the workers to sites where the high-altitude work is performing, i.e.
- suspension movable platforms,
- installs access rail-ladders,
3. load lifting and fastening equipment, i.e.
- chain, strip and rope slings,
- chain and rope blocks – hand-operated and with electric and pneumatic drive
- mechanic and hydraulic lifts,
- special shape grips and load fastening fittings,
4. makes measurements of electromagnetic fields
When carrying on its activity, the company incessantly co-operates with its business partners:

The certified quality assurance system ISO 9001:2008 confirmed by Det Norske Veritas includes each activity of the company. The company is the owner of tens of CE certificates for its products. The company has its seat in Łazy by Warsaw and its branch office in Dąbrowa Górnicza.
The current contact with the customers is assured by consulting engineers and commercial department of the company. The basic capital of the company ASSECURO Sp. z o.o.
amounts to 1 232 000,- PLN. The company has the ALLIANZ civil liability insurance policy including its full activity range.
The most important historic events of the company:
1975 – the company starts its activity, registration of its economic activity as:
“Leatherworking, production of alpinist sports equipment, production of alpinist harnesses”.
At first, the company sews alpinist harnesses and knapsacks for its own use and friends, next for colleagues from the whole circle of the Tatra mountain climbers.
1986 – the produced harnesses meet the UIAA requirements and receive certificate of the Polish Alpinism Association
1986-1990 – production of alpinist harnesses for climbing, high-altitude work, army and police
1988 – registration of the ASSECURO trade mark
1989 – preparing (as the first company in Poland) the present-day pattern of safety suspenders under the name of ASSECURO-1, their utility pattern has been entered into the patterns protection law register of the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland under number 50976, book 81.
1990 – the safety suspenders ASSECURO-1, as the first ones in Poland, receive certificate of the Central Institute of Labor Protection as the individual worker’s protection to be applied in the industry
1991 – since then, the mass production of safety suspenders starts
1992 – establishment of co-operation with the company PROTECTA INTERNATIONAL SA - France
1993 – working out “Instruction for performing safe high-altitude work in vocational power engineering on all voltage levels” in co-operation with the Occupational Safety Agency of the Power Engineering Institute and its presentation on symposium in Straszyn
1994 – foundation of the first school in Poland teaching the practical methods of safe high-altitude work
1993-1996 – equipping the power engineering plants with protective equipment according to the new production technology and training for more than 5000 wiremen
1996 – purchase of a real estate in Łazy and putting the production-and-storage building into use
1997-1998 – construction of and putting into use the training range for teaching safe high-altitude work methods
1998 – construction of the office part in the company’s seat in Łazy - beginning of work aiming at implementation of the quality assurance system ISO 9002
1997-2004 – participation in big investment processes connected with the construction of over 1000 basic stations of the mobile telephony networks PTK Centertel and Plus GSM
1999 – change in the market strategy and beginning of activity of consulting engineers responsible for staying in touch with the customers so far and for gaining new business contacts
May 1999 – certification of the quality assurance system ISO 9002 by Det Norske Veritas
July 1999 – moving the entire company to its own seat in Łazy
September 2001 – joining the company by Randers Reb SA – Denmark and entering the market by the lifting and fastening equipment
February 2002 – getting accreditation of the Polish Accreditation Center for running the electromagnetic field measurement laboratory
March 2005 – putting into use the professionally equipped lecture hall for 30 training participants in the company’s seat
May 2002 – certification of the quality assurance system being in accordance with ISO 9001.2000
November 2005 – due to bankruptcy proceedings in Randers-Reb S.A., redemption of the shares in this company and, since then, ASSECURO is again a company with the Polish capital in 100%
December 2005 – signing the general agreement for deliveries of protecting equipment with PTK Centertel
December 2005 – modification of the company’s logo
February 2006 – recertifying audit in the electromagnetic field measurement laboratory, extension of accreditation till 2010
May 2008 – beginning of extension of the company’s seat in Łazy, construction of a new storage hall and the biggest roofed training range in Poland (400 m2) for the high-altitude work
August 2008 – purchase of a real estate in Dąbrowa Górnicza and beginning of conversion of the building according to the company’s needs
March 2009 – signing the agreement for carrying out periodical inspections and current repairs of the assembly sets TIRAK with KONE Sp. z o.o.
April 2009 – signing the agreement for co-operation in the scope of trainings, gauze installation, designing and deliveries of equipment
May 2009 – putting into use the system of rope access to the façade of Sea Towers in Gdynia, unique in Europe
May 2009 – adaptation of the quality assurance system to requirements of the standard ISO 9001:2008
December 2009 – signing the agreement for making measurements of electromagnetic fields with PTK Centertel
December 2009 – signing the general agreement for deliveries of protecting equipment with RWE Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o.
February 2010 – signing the agreement for conducting the trainings on safe high-altitude work with TP EmiTel Sp. z o.o.
May 2010 – making the project of safe high-altitude work on the stadium BALTIC ARENA in Gdańsk by order of the architectonic office Rhode-Kellermann-Wawrowsky Polska Sp. z o.o.
August 2010 – signing the agreement for successive delivery of the industrial safety equipment with ENTON S.A.
August 2010 – signing the agreement for permanent deliveries of lifting and fastening equipment with Aquilex B.V.
September 2010 – putting into use the building in Dąbrowa Górnicza where there are two professionally equipped training halls and the training range
September 2010 – completing the investment process in Łazy and obtaining the consent to use the building in accordance with the company’s activity range
October 2010 – reappraisal, extension of the frequency range by frequencies from 50 Hz to 1 kHz and prolongation of the PCA accreditation with the term of validity up to February 2014
October 2010 – signing the general agreement for conducting the training on safe high-altitude work with TWE Stoen Operator Sp. z o.o.
December 2010 – signing the standing agreement for deliveries of protecting equipment
March 2011 – audit recertifying the quality management system being in accordance with ISO 9001:2008, with the term of validity of certificate till May 28, 2014
April 2011 – working out the high-altitude fall protection system while constructing bridges by order of WARBUD S.A., in co-operation with the company ULMA
June 2011 – signing the next standing agreement for making periodical inspections and maintenance of protecting systems with PKN Orlen S.A.
